I watch flip that house and the real estate pros all the time, I think flipping houses would be fun and I know the income great but how would I get stsrted? Anyone know?

I am thinking making an investment in flipping houses and would like to know what success people have had. Also, what are the consequences regarding taxes – this would be for the state of North Carolina.

I would really love to get into it as well… I image you would have to have enough money to buy the house first and then enough money to make repairs. Most of the people on the show either do most of the work themselves or have friends who do labor cheaply. I think it would be best if you worked together with someone who has done it before or someone who has experience working on houses

I’m 21, and I go to college right now, but I really want to get into flipping houses. I love homes, but I’m not much of a handyman. I was just wondering how much it would cost to start flipping? I know its a lot of hard work, and I want to learn some trades over the next 2 or so years to help me, before I actually start flipping.. is there any info or advice you could give to me about flipping? thanks
